Don’t forget to add Von Thun Farms fall festival to your travel list this season

If you're looking to dine in a flash and have a good time while doing it, there are plenty of spots in Warren County that can meet your needs.

But, one popular New Jersey food blogger has singled out a seasonal attraction in Washington Township.

Even if it's only for a night, get lost at Von Thun Farms this season. That's the recommendation from Vanessa Jean-Jacques, whose Dine In A Flash account on Instagram has 60,000 followers.

"If you're not already pulling your boots out in Jersey, what are you waiting for?" she said on on Sunday, Sept. 22. "Von Thun Farms is fall festival at its peak."

And she's not wrong.

The autumn festivities at Von Thun's 90-acre estate started this month. The Von Thun family's farm offers pedal cart racing; apple/ potato launch canons; apple, blackberry and pumpkin picking; a corn maze, a sunflower field and more activities; plus a huge number of seasonally appropriate family photo opportunities.
