CINCINNATI (WXIX)—Greyhound bus schedules in the Tri-State area and part of the eastern U.S. may be canceled or delayed due to the effects of Hurricane Helene.

"We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate our customers' patience and understanding during this time. Customers are not required to wait at Greyhound premises until service resumes, but they are welcome to use our available facilities and amenities if they wish to do so. Please note that due to limited resources at our stops nationwide, we cannot accommodate individuals who are not traveling with Greyhound or purchasing tickets," Greyhound officials said.

Officials state that customers can rebook through the Flixbus / Greyhound app or website.

"Customers with canceled tickets can use the "Manage My Booking" feature on our app or website to rebook their tickets or claim a refund. Support is available 24/7 for customers experiencing issues at any point in the travel process," Greyhound officials said.

Customers with Grayhound can call 800-231-2222, and customers with Flixbus can call 855-626-8585 anytime.
