The 49ers have labored through a 1-2 start with star running back Christian McCaffrey sidelined to injury, most recently losing back-to-back games on the road to Minnesota (23-17) and the LA Rams (27-24) after a Week 1 win over Aaron Rodgers and the New York Jets (32-19). In addition to McCaffrey, San Francisco has also played without tight end George Kittle and wide receiver Deebo Samuel.

The 49ers are big 10-point favorites as they get back to their home field for the time in three weeks.
