Influencer twins disgust the internet as they reveal intimate habit

Influencer twin sisters have shocked the internet after revealing they share one bra and all of their underwear between the two of them.

Brigette and Danielle Pheloung, 27, are New York-based influencers with hundreds of thousands of followers who are widely known for their fitness, fashion and lifestyle content.

They discussed what it was like growing up as twins and shared some of their dirty secrets in a recent episode of Gals on the Go Podcast.

'I'm actually embarrassed to say this,' one of the twins said into the mic. 'We only have one bra... and we share underwear.'

'We only have one bra because we don't wear bras, but whenever we need a bra, we're like wait... and we're fighting over it,' they added.

The confession was followed by an eyebrow raise and laughter from the hosts.

They were then asked which lucky twin had the bra on that day, which they replied that they both do - since they own both a black and nude bra which they both share.

But due to the difficulty of wearing a black bra without it being visible in certain outfits, they 'basically' have one bra.

'I just feel like that is so niche, the listeners are going to be like "you guys are weird as f***,"' they added.

But the internet wasn't prepared for how close - and intimate - the two really were.

'My twin and I don't even hug let alone share underwear. No. Straight to jail,' said one user.

Another said: 'I'm a twin and no. I get it but I could never.'

'The underwear is wild bc what,' said a third person.

'My twin and I would fist fight every day if we did this,' a fourth user said.

But others defended the sisters, noting that it really wasn't that odd. Many even related to their sharing habit.

'Same DNA!!! lol,' said one user.

'This is so twin coded,' said another.

'Oh my gosh.. we do this too. Wow. All twins are the same,' a third user chimed in.

Despite the internet calling out the pair for the objectionable habit, the twins seemed play along and poke fun at themselves.

On Friday, they posted a TikTok where they alluded to moving away from each other after living together all their lives.

In the video, they can be seen fighting over the nude bra - seemingly playing tug of war with the straps and bickering while lip syncing to the viral audio of an angry Abby Lee Miller yelling 'get your finger out of my face!'.

'How you guys expected us to act the second we decided we were moving away from each other,' the post said.

It was also accompanied by the caption 'If ykyk' [if you know, you know].

Their fans may have been slightly grossed out by the admission, but the twins' success on social media shows no signs of fizzling out anytime soon.

Together, they have 725,000 followers on Instagram and are consistent with their content on other platforms including TikTok and YouTube.
