Glad you asked.

After seven Premier League matches yesterday, there are two today:

  • Ipswich vs Aston Villa, at 2pm BST, 9am EDT, 6am PDT
  • Manchester United vs Tottenham, at 4.30pm BST, 11.30am EDT, 8.30am PDT
  • The latter is covered by this live blog, though we'll bring you key updates from the first match as well, of course.

And tomorrow (Monday), Bournemouth host Southampton in a south-coast clash at 8pm BST, 3pm EDT, 12pm/midday PDT in the 10th and final match of the Gameweek.

    Old Trafford, Greater Manchester

The stadium some fans call the Theatre of Dreams.

Well, they used to. Nowadays there are more leaky-roof episodes than trophies being added to the cabinet.

But it is still one of the great European stadia and will certainly retain that status once it has had its revamp.

Speaking of that revamp, you can read our explainer below.

As you might expect, the primetime Sunday afternoon slot has been reserved for this one.

That means it is a 4:30pm (BST) kick-off local time in the UK. In the United States, that is 11:30am EDT and 8:30am PDT.

Good morning (or good afternoon) and welcome along to The Athletic, and more specifically to our live coverage of Manchester United vs Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.

The big games keep coming thick and fast as the second international break creeps closer into view.

Today, we are at Old Trafford where Ange Postecoglou's Tottenham are the visitors. Neither side has started the season as they would have wanted, but there is still plenty of football to be played.

Which, if any, of these sides will kick-start their Premier League campaign with a vital today? Let's find out!
