‘Witches: Truth Behind the Trials’ series premiere: Watch free today

The series premiere of "Witches: Truth Behind the Trials" airs two back-to-back episodes today, Sunday, Sept. 29 starting at 9 p.m. Eastern on National Geographic.

On the first premiere episode, "America: Salem's Hunt and Hysteria," the episode focuses on the most famous witch trials of all time in Salem, Massachusetts. In the second episode, which starts at 10 p.m. Eastern, "Germany: The Witch Hunts Begin," focuses on the brutal Trier witch trials and the origins of witch hunting.
