Pittsburgh Steelers Injury Report: Star pass rusher misses practice, two key players return

J.Martin6 hr ago
PITTSBURGH - The Pittsburgh Steelers' Tuesday practice had near full participation from all players on the roster ahead of their short week matchup against the Cleveland Browns. For the Steelers, only star outside linebacker Alex Highsmith missed practice. He is still recovering from a severe low ankle sprain that the team hopes heals up in time for him to make a return against the Cincinnati Bengals. If not, Highsmith is on track to likely return against the Cleveland Browns on December 8.

However, both full participants were the tight end MyCole Pruitt (knee) and cornerback Cory Trice Jr. (hamstring). That seems to signal both players will play against the Cleveland Browns after missing the team's game against the Baltimore Ravens.

Other players who were banged up against the Ravens, such as defensive tackle Keeanu Benton and cornerback Joey Porter Jr., were not listed on the injury report and are fine to play against the Browns.
