On Sept. 30, Provo police say a flag football game was taking place at Harmon Park, near Peaks Ice Arena when a couple of players collided during a "hail Mary" play, escalating tensions. Police state that several people witnessed the 22-year-old Talanoa punch a man in the face and knock him out.

The man suffered a concussion and was experiencing memory loss after the incident. People also witnessed Dlamyn Notoa grab someone by the neck and punch them in the face, that person was also knocked unconscious and suffered a concussion.

When Provo police reached Darman Notoa, Dlamyn's brother, to get a phone number for the 24-year-old so police could speak to him about the incident, Darman changed the last digit of the phone number. Darman also stated that the person in the video was not Dlamyn Notoa.

Charges are allegations only. All arrested persons are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
