MCINTOSH, Fla. (WCJB) - Seats are being filled in the Mcintosh Town Council even without an election taking place. Qualifying ended with three candidates ready to fill three open seats, but the office of mayor is about to open unexpectedly. Incumbents Scott Mullikin, Donald Medeiros, and Lee Deaderick qualified for their current seats.
