2024 Christmas on Caddo Fireworks Festival coming

OIL CITY, La. ( KTAL/KMSS ) — Celebrate the holidays with the 30th Annual Christmas on Caddo Fireworks Festival coming to Oil City in early December.

Get into the Christmas spirit with this free family fun festival on Saturday, December 7, at Earl G. Williamson Park in Oil City. The festival opens at 1 p.m., and the fireworks begin at 6:30 p.m.

Come out to enjoy the day with a spectacular fireworks show over Caddo Lake, eat some fair food from the concessions, listen to some live entertainment by The Crowd, shop at arts and crafts booths, and kids can visit Santa and receive a free gift!

The Christmas on Caddo Fireworks Festival also gives back to the community with scholarships. The scholarship is open to senior students currently enrolled in a Caddo Parish high school. The winners will be announced on stage before the fireworks at the Christmas on Caddo Fireworks Festival.
