1 hospitalized after tractor-trailer overturns in Conway area
HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — An overturned tractor-trailer has lanes of traffic blocked Tuesday morning in the Conway area, according to an Horry County Fire Rescue Facebook post .
Fire rescue teams were dispatched to the single-vehicle crash at 4:03 a.m. on North Highway 701 and Green Sea Road. One person is being transported to the hospital with injuries.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating, and the Horry County Police Department and Horry County Sheriff's Office are assisting.
Authorities ask that drivers find alternate routes to avoid delays.
