3 injured in shooting at Antioch park, police say

ANTIOCH, Tenn. (WKRN) — At least three people sustained injuries in a Tuesday night shooting at an Antioch park, authorities said.

According to Metro Nashville Dispatch, officers were sent to the 400 block of Battle Road just before 7:30 p.m. to respond to reports about a shooting.

The Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) said three individuals arrived at Stonecrest Hospital in Smyrna, giving varying stories about an incident that occurred at Cane Ridge Park.

Officers reported they searched the park and found about 10 shell casings near the basketball court.

No additional details regarding the incident or potential suspects were released.
