$107 Million Duty Forces LeBron & Bronny To Miss Out On Savannah James’ Scary Night In Backyard

It seems that Savannah James is still not done with Halloween celebrations. Or rather, her daughter, Zhuri Nova James, isn't. Known for their extravagant Halloween nights, the James family seemingly flew under the radar this time. However, Miss James wasn't planning on staying quiet.

The result was quite the spectacular night in Vannah's backyard. Taking to Instagram, the mother of three posted a string of videos, each one better than the last, as it showed a few friends enjoying the surprise the 10-year-old prepared. What exactly did Zhuri put up in the James' backyard?

What else, but a haunted house! In the first video, Savannah James gives a little introduction. "This lady got us going in a haunted house on November 6. She put this in my backyard," Vannah said, stopping for a second to show us the decorations and the highlight of the night – an L-shaped structure, no doubt housing all sorts of scary props.

She also captioned the video, "Oh Lordt!" followed by a pair of crying-a-river emojis , adding that extra 't' for added emphasis, reflecting her bemusement at the whole thing. If you watch the rest of her story updates, you will see that Zhuri even arranged a ticket for the interested customers, which was basically everyone in the house.

The final video shows the inside of the haunted house as the Everybody's Crazy podcaster also received a ticket to enter. Unsurprisingly, it wasn't too clear, because of the multiple flashing lights, dark interior, and of course, the unpredictable figures jumping out when they least expect it.

Unfortunately, Zhuri's father and brother were not at hand to join the fun night.

LeBron and Bronny James absent from Savannah James-hosted scary night at home Well, there wasn't really much the men of the James family could do to attend the festivities at home. After all, they did have a $107 million responsibility to carry out. With Bron signing a 2-year $101.35 million contract and Bronny, a four-year $7.9 million, missing out on a game for a night of Halloween fun would certainly invite backlash.

Particularly, given the Lakers' terrible losses. After a humiliating defeat at the hands of none other than the Detroit Pistons previously, the Purple & Gold once again saw a similar result with Memphis. Despite James ' remarkable 39-point run, Anthony Davis and Rui Hachimura's absence hit hard as the Lakers veteran received little to no help from his teammates.

If that wasn't enough, the Grizzlies superstar, Ja Morant, also exited the game in the third quarter due to a hamstring injury. Despite it, Los Angeles just couldn't pull themselves over the edge. Yet another point of contention was the D'Angelo Russell benching in the final 17 minutes of the matchup.

In short, it wasn't the best night for the James'. Well, it wasn't so for the men.

But as we saw above, Savannah and Zhuri definitely had a blast. While LeBron shouldered the weight of high-stakes commitment on a rough night for the Lakers, the girls found their own joy at home, making the best of a spooky celebration together.
