10 most expensive homes sold in York County, Nov. 11-17

A house in Spring Garden Township that sold for $1 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in York County in the past week.

In total, 155 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past week, with an average price of $287,404. The average price per square foot was $161.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 11 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A sale has been finalized for the single-family residence at 3657 Cimmeron Road in Springettsbury Township. The price was $525,000 and the new owners took over the house in November. The house was built in 1991 and the living area totals 3,312 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $159. The deal was finalized on Nov. 4.
