A brand-new, all-in-one casual club experience is making its way to Beverly Hills in early 2025. When it opens, Paddle & Par, which focuses on indoor pickleball and golf , will be a 48,000-square-foot facility featuring 11 indoor pickleball courts and five Full Swing golf suites.

Each court at the facility will have the feel of a quality outdoor court â€" thanks to the  Acrytech surface coating â€" and the best in LED court lighting, ensuring players will not have to deal with harsh lighting directly to the eyes. The facility will be fully temperature- and humidity-controlled, and each court will have permanent nets and will be individually fenced.

Paddle & Par also offers a new way to enjoy pickleball, using the technology and video replay systems of PodPlay .

"If you have a really good shot, a funny moment happens on the court, or the ball is too close to the line, you can use PodPlay to rewind and rewatch the match," Neal Check, co-owner of Paddle & Par, said. "If players want to share their matches or save it, they are welcome to download their time on the court."

Beyond its game offerings, Paddle & Par will include a café featuring local businesses, a full-service bar, and even a pizza kitchen.

"We will have an Italian-inspired wood fired pizza kitchen with fresh pizza , paninis, salads and desserts," Check said. "The bar will feature great beer and wine selections, and classic cocktails done right."

In addition, the facility will offer several lounge seating areas to relax in before you pick up a paddle.

"We have designed a facility that people will want to play and stay at with our upscale casual club feel with numerous lounge seating areas, viewing mezzanine, golf, full bar and restaurant," Check said.

For walk-in patrons, pickleball courts and golf suites will be $65 per hour. For those who plan on attending more frequently, Paddle & Par offers different memberships with several amenities, including discounts on court rates.

The Social membership, recommended for members looking to attend once a week, is $30 per month, and lowers the cost of the courts to $50 per hour. The Players membership, recommended for members looking to attend more than once a week, is $60 per month, and lowers the cost of the courts to $34 per hour.
