A rare sight — rain — is in the forecast for central Pennsylvania

Burn bans and drought watches have been the norm this season in the Harrisburg area, but a little bit of rain is supposed to fall tonight. The National Weather Service in State College says there's a 30% chance of rain after 5 p.m. in the region, but that chance will grow after midnight. The Weather Channel is predicting a slightly different time frame, with light rain likely from about 7 p.m. to midnight. Either way, it won't be enough rain to end drought concerns; central Pennsylvania is forecast to get well under an inch of rain overall. Live radar over Pennsylvania : The high temperature Thursday might reach 50. Through the weekend, temperatures are supposed to be in the upper 50s and low 60s — and there's no rain expected.
