Triple J presenter-turned-AFL WAG Bridget Hustwaite is set to co-host the upcoming ARIA Awards ceremony in Sydney on Wednesday night, and has plans to make a bold impression in a glamorous tailor-made gown.

The 34-year-old music guru, who is dating Dockers star Oscar McDonald , 28, is set to stun at the Hordern Pavilion in an emerald green designer gown from Perth designer Blanc Bridal.

The stunning dress is based on a similar gown that fellow Dockers WAG Julia Edwards wore to the Brownlow Medal earlier this year, but will be changed from peach to green.

The getup is set to stun in a similar way her unique pink dress featuring ruffled layers did , when she presented last year at the ARIA's.

Bridget told Perth Now about her excitement to wearing the unique gown: 'It's the colour of the year!

'I needed something loud and last year was my hot pink moment so it only felt right to opt for my other favourite colour, green.'

'Given I'll be interviewing artists on the red carpet and backstage, it's important that my dress really pops on camera. When they showed me the range of colour options, my eyes were instantly drawn to this shade of green.

'I was confident they could create something fun and vibrant that not only compliments my personality but also captures the energy of the music industry.'

She added he was most looking forward to seeing one iconic Aussie singer perform on the night.

'I'm a massive Missy Higgins fan so it will be very special witnessing her Hall of Fame induction. I'll probably cry when she performs.'

In 2022, Bridget revealed she will be relocating to Perth to live with her AFL star boyfriend Oscar McDonald.

'I'm so excited! It feels like a fun new adventure and a really nice change of scenery,' she told Perth Now.

Elsewhere, Nova FM 's Tim Blackwell has been named the host for the 2024 ARIA Awards.

The popular radio presenter will be joined by co-hosts Bridget Hustwaite, Latifa Tee, Christian Wilkins, and Rhys Nicholson in creating a star-studded team to lead Australian music's biggest night.

Blackwell, a mainstay on Nova's drive-time show Ricki-Lee, Tim, and Joel, has been one of Australia's top radio personalities since 2001.

This year's nominees feature some of Australia's biggest stars and rising talents with pop icon Kylie Minogue receiving five nominations, including Album of the Year and Best Solo Artist for her hit album Tension.
