Alton Brown is coming back to Tampa in 2025

Hungry for some culinary fun?

Food Network star Alton Brown is bringing what could be his final tour to Tampa.

"Alton Brown Live: The Last Bite" will take place Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2025, at Morsani Hall at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts. His shows bring his signature blend of funky food facts, humor and history. There could be singing, and there will almost certainly be a mess: Brown has been known to bring ponchos for the audience during past tours.

Brown burst onto the food media scene in 1999 with his zany program "Good Eats," which has been described as "a cross between Julia Child, Mister Wizard and Monty Python." He has also graced television screens as the main commentator of "Iron Chef America" and "Cutthroat Kitchen."

Fans might even run into Brown while he's in town. In 2022, the chef stopped by Supernatural Food & Wine around his Straz Center gig. He called his meal " the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. "
