Tarrant County Arlington retirement community evacuated after 3-alarm fire, officials say The Arlington Fire Department is responding to a 3-alarm fire at an assisted living facility, officials said.
ARLINGTON, Texas — An Arlington retirement community was evacuated Sunday after a 3-alarm fire, officials said.
Several fire engines and ambulances responded to Arlington Plaza Sky Active Living around 10:45 a.m., Sunday, Sept 22. The facility is located at 6801 W Poly Webb Road in Arlington.
About 100 residents and their pets live at the facility, officials told WFAA. Several patients were treated on the scene and taken to a hospital, officials said.
