Augusta Transit fixed route, paratransit services, Richmond transit service suspended until further notice

(WJBF) – Due to the ongoing severe impacts of Hurricane Helene on the highways, utility, and road infrastructure, Augusta Transit has announced that the Augusta Transit fixed route and paratransit services as well as Richmond Transit service are suspended until further notice out of an abundance of caution.

Augusta Transit states that they are working to restore services as quickly as possible; however, this can only be done once roads are clear of debris, intersections are fully functioning, and electricity is fully restored in our service area.
