Washington Business Journal first reported plans for a Taco Bell with dual drive-thru lanes at the Lake Montclair Center (Waterway Drive, Dumfries, VA). The leasing agent labels the drive-thru space as "deal pending." The opening would reflect a current trend of former bank locations being turned into restaurants.
