The New York Jets host the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday in a showdown between two AFC teams desperate to change the trajectory of their season.

Looking at the NFL Week 11 odds , the sportsbooks like the Jets (3-7) as 3.5- to 4-point favorites. The over/under for the game is between 43.5 and 44 points.

Note:

Best Colts vs. Jets game picks for NFL Week 11
  • +120 at BetMGM
  • Under 44 points: -110 at Caesars
  • Both teams are likely to take advantage of the opposition's lackluster run defense. However, neither team ranks in the top half of the league when it comes to red zone efficiency.

Expect one of these units to create a few splash plays early but fizzle out before settling for three to get the first points on the board.

In a game between two concerning offenses, it's hard to have faith in both units to contribute around 20 points, especially in a game that projects a heavy dose of rushing on each side.

The chip on each team's shoulder could carry some spark, but both teams are under .500 on hitting the over in the last 10 games.

New York's total points line is 23.5, which would require them to match their season-high in scoring. Perhaps one of these teams can find their groove offensively, but the combined effort required to go over 44 is unlikely.

Best Colts vs. Jets player prop picks for NFL Week 11
  • Breece Hall over 14.5 rush attempts: -127 at FanDuel
  • Jonathan Taylor over 16.5 yards longest rush: -115 at BetMGM
  • Davante Adams over 5.5 receptions: -110 at DraftKings
  • Breece Hall over 14.5 rush attempts: -127 at FanDuel

RB Breece Hall was on his way to an impressive day rushing last week. However, the Jets quickly fell behind, and the game script shifted to trying to pass their way back into the game. Through the first half, Hall had seven carries. To end the game, he had 11.

Against the Colts (4-6), things likely will be much closer. Indianapolis does its best work on the ground, and the Colts' defense has allowed the third-most yards rushing this season.

Look for the Jets to get Hall carries early and often, but more importantly, throughout the game. As a result, he should clear this 14.5 marker easily.

Jonathan Taylor over 16.5 yards longest rush: -115 at BetMGM

RB Jonathan Taylor has had a rush of over 16.5 yards in five of his last six games. The one miss was against the Minnesota Vikings with Joe Flacco at quarterback.

Having Anthony Richardson back under center will be huge for Taylor's ability to create explosive plays. The second level of defenders must respect Richardson's ability to pull down the football and keep it for himself.

The Jets' defense is very disciplined, and doesn't allow for many explosive plays. However, they haven't had to deal with a backfield tandem like Richardson and Taylor before.

Davante Adams over 5.5 receptions: -110 at DraftKings

With 39 targets in Davante Adams' four games with the Jets, Aaron Rodgers has proven that he is willing to find ways to get Adams the football.

Even last week, when Adams struggled to produce (six catches, 31 yards), he was targeted 13 times as the Jets attempted to climb back into the game.

The game script likely will be more run-oriented in Week 11, but continuous favoritism for Adams should remain strong.

Against a Colts secondary ranked seventh in yards allowed to wide receivers, look for Adams to be a catalyst in the passing game and outperform this 5.5-reception mark.
