The matchup for the 13th annual Big Ten Football Championship Game is almost set. Iowa will take on the winner of Saturday’s Ohio State-Michigan game at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on Saturday, Dec. 2 at 8 p.m. Iowa punched its ticket by clinching the West Division last weekend with a win over Illinois and now awaits the result of perhaps the biggest matchup in the history of the 118-year-old rivalry known as The Game. The Big Ten Football Champions will be awarded the Amos Alonzo Stagg Championship Trophy and a chance to play in one of the six bowls that comprise the College Football Playoff including the Rose Bowl Game. Lucas Oil Stadium has a capacity of 70,000, so fans shouldn’t have a problem finding a good seat.
