Billie Eilish was forced to cut off her song titled TV early on her Hard & Soft tour stop in Nashville, Tennessee, after getting emotional over her Roe v. Wade lyric.

Billie, 22, is one of the liberal stars who supported Kamala Harris and reacted to Donald Trump 's election victory, joining Ariana Grande , Hailey Bieber , Kerry Washington , Mandy Moore , and Lili Reinhart .

After Trump won the presidency, the Gen Z musician posted on her Instagram Stories and declared 'it's a war on women' just hours before her Nashville show.

At the concert on November 6, Billie performed her song TV at the Bridgestone Arena in the red state .

After singing the lyrics, 'The internet's gone wild watching movie stars on trial while they're overturning Roe v. Wade,' she slowly backed away from the microphone and ended the song.

Fans shared videos from the performance on TikTok , capturing the moment the crowd of primarily women echoed the lyrics and screamed them back.

The What Was I Made For? hitmaker stood onstage silently before taking a step back from the microphone, looking choked up while the crowd continued cheering.

Billie then shocked fans when she walked away before launching into her next song.

On TikTok , some fans wondered if she ended the song prematurely because she didn't want to sing the final lyrics.

'At the end of the song she sings "maybe I'm the problem" she didn't want anyone singing that lyric that night,' one person pointed out in the comments of the viral video.

'She wanted to make a statement and did,' another person wrote.

According to local newspaper The Tennessean per Newsweek , the Los Angeles native also discussed the election results during the concert.

Billie said she originally 'couldn't fathom doing a show on this day.'

'But, the longer the day went on I kinda had this feeling of it's such a privilege I get to do this with you guys,' Billie explained to the audience of 20,000 people.

'I just love you so much and I want you to know that you're safe with me and you're protected here and you're safe in this room,' Billie promised her fans in the speech.

In September, the Happier Than Ever singer and her brother and collaborator Finneas O'Connell, 27, announced they were endorsing Kamala.

The siblings shared a video on social media to mark National Voter Registration Day.

In the video, the nine-time Grammy winner announced, 'We are voting for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz because they are fighting to protect our reproductive freedom, our planet and our democracy.'

The Ocean Eyes singer previously performed at the Democratic National Convention in 2020.
