CHARLESTON — Judy (Daugherty) Winnett of Charleston will celebrate her 80th birthday on Thursday, Oct. 10.
She was born Oct. 10, 1944, in Coles County, the daughter of Oather and Pauline Daugherty. She married Jim Winnett, deceased, March 12, 1966, in Charleston.
Her children are Melanie Davis and Michelle Green of Charleston. She also has three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Winnett was a legal secretary for 24 years and retired from Consolidated Communications where she worked as an administrative assistant in the Human Resources Department. She was also an Avon representative for 42 years. She enjoys country and gospel music and spending time with family and friends.
She resides at 1809 Garfield Ave., Charleston, IL 61920.
