Bo Nix blows up on Sean Payton on sideline vs. Raiders
Despite being close to an opening division win, the Denver Broncos had a heated moment on the sideline between QB Bo Nix and Sean Payton .
The rookie was none too pleased with his head coach based on this interaction during their game today against the Las Vegas Raiders. That's due to a decision at the end of the third quarter to punt despite the Broncos' being at a fourth & three from Vegas' own 45-yard line.
Still, while the young quarterback wanted to get points there, it still worked out for Denver. They would force a three-and-out to get the ball back where Nix would rush for a touchdown. Then, after a second interception by Patrick Surtain II , the offense would score again when he'd pass to Josh Reynolds in the end zone. All that extended the Broncos' lead to 34-10 over the Raiders.
