COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - The most important thing for the Denver Broncos this season is trying to find out if they have a franchise quarterback in Bo Nix. The team has to be happy with Bo's progression this season, getting better each and every week and that includes one of the best defenses in the NFL last week against the Chiefs. Throwing for two touchdowns, completing 73% of his passes.

"As I see Patrick (Mahomes postgame) and knowing him, and he just turns to me and said you got one and I think he told Bo we are going to have a lot of good games," said head coach Sean Payton.

"It's an honor but at the same time, these are the games that you got to continue to play and continue to complete in and ultimately win," quarterback Bo Nix on Mahomes praising him.

"The Biggest thing you can do as a young guy is continue to learn and continue to get better and work on your craft," said Riley Moss.

"He's been playing so efficiently right now and he's playing with a lot of guts and moxie and leadership that I think he's getting more and more comfortable as this thing is going on and it's showing to improve in our way that we can perform on offense," said offensive tackle Mike McGlinchey.

Bo has several games where he has played well for a half like vs. Tampa, Carolina and Kansas City and in the second half vs. the Raiders. But Bo wants to have a complete performance on Sunday against the Falcons and end this two game Broncos losing streak.
