BPD: Teen, infant reported missing

A teenager and a 2-month-old baby are missing and considered to be at-risk because of their ages and no history of being gone, according to Bakersfield police.
Josefina Valencia, 16, and Laylah Valencia Cerda, 2 months, were last seen together Oct. 25 in the 4300 block of Parker Avenue.
Valencia Cerda is described as Hispanic female, 22 inches tall, 15 pounds, with black hair and black eyes.
Valencia is described as Hispanic, 5 feet, 2 inches tall, 170 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and a right nose piercing. She was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt and gray sweatpants.
The Bakersfield Police Department asks that anyone with information call 661-327-7111.
