Broncos vs. Browns: How to watch, TV schedule, online stream, odds and more

The Denver Broncos will take a four-game win streak into Week 2 as they host the equally hot Cleveland Browns who are on a three-game win streak. For Denver, winning this game could have huge playoff implications down the road.

Game Preview If the Broncos are going to win this game, they are going to need their offense to begin contributing more. With just seven touchdowns during that four-game win streak, they cannot continue to rely on turnovers to help get them the points they need to win games. Head Coach Sean Payton discussed the offensive issues as they prepare for a very good Browns defense.

“You can take any statistic,” Payton said on Friday. “Third down numbers—they’re at the top of the league. Passing efficiency—they’re at the top of the league. You have this unique imbalance right now of snaps that they’re getting on offense [and] snaps they’re defending on defense. We did the red zone report today. In order to have a red zone opportunity, you have to cross the 20 [yard line]. They’re fewest in the league in defending red zone opportunities. One of the keys we felt like at the start of the week was our first and second down efficiency versus this defense and trying to minimize the minus plays.”

Given how much the Broncos offense has struggled to find any sustained consistency, they will have to change all that this week if they hope to score enough points to beat a Browns team that has its own offensive struggles at times.

The over/under for this matchup is an even 37 points. I went ahead and picked Denver to win and to cover the spread, but I stuck with the under for this game.
