Browns at Broncos: How to watch NHL, time, details, FREE live stream

T.Williams3 months ago
The matchup between the Cleveland Browns (7-3) and Denver Broncos (5-5) on Sunday afternoon at Empower Field at Mile High will feature two teams that are anything but flash and glitz.

Game time is 4:05 p.m. Eastern Time and will air on Fox. If you have cut the cable, then you can see the game on fubo TV (FREE trial), Sling TV (first-month discount) and DirecTV Stream (discount).

The Browns boast what might be the best defense in the NFL since Denver’s in 2015, which carried Peyton Manning to a Super Bowl title in his farewell game. Led by Myles Garrett, Cleveland is No. 1 in the league against the pass and in total yards surrendered.

“This defense of Cleveland, I mean they fly around,” QB Russell Wilson of the Broncos told The Associated Press. “Obviously, Myles is a tremendous football player. He’s playing some of the best football in the National Football League.”

Cleveland’s top-ranked defense will be missing a key piece as two-time Pro Bowl cornerback Denzel Ward is out with a shoulder injury. Ward is having his best season and has been instrumental in the team’s success against the pass (Cleveland is No. 1 at 143.7 yards per game).

“He’s the guy that has made big plays for us,” coach Kevin Stefanski said of Ward. “We won’t have him for this one, but he and I both have a lot of faith in the guys that’ll be out there.”

The Browns have won seven of 10 games despite two key injuries on offense: losing star RB Nick Chubb for the season in Game 2 with a leg injury and then seeing QB DeShaun Watson suffer an injury several weeks ago that led to season-ending shoulder surgery.

Rookie QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson overcame some shaky moments in his second career start last week by completing four passes on Cleveland’s final drive to set up a winning field goal. Kareem Hunt and Jerome Ford are his running backs. The Browns rank third in rushing and 13th in scoring.

They’ll face an aggressive Denver defense that has collected a dozen takeaways over the last three weeks, including four by new nickel back Ja’Quan McMillian, and 13 overall during the team’s current four-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, on offense, Wilson is looking more and more like the guy that the Broncos got before last season for a big package of players and picks.

After struggling during that first season, going 4-11 with 16 touchdown passes and 11 interceptions, he is taking care of the ball this season, with 19 TD throws and just four interceptions. He had one game this year in which he threw just five passes beyond the line of scrimmage and his 206-yard passing average is his lowest since his rookie year in 2012.
