Catapult performs at Minden Opera House and Merryman Performing Arts Center
Catapult, the national touring company of dancers who create stories through silhouette movement, will make two stops in central Nebraska.
The shadow illusion performance company will tell stories through dance, movement, music and special lighting at 7 p.m. today at the Minden Opera House at 322 E. Fifth St. in Minden. Tickets for the show are $35.
On Friday, the company will perform at 6:30 p.m. Friday the Merryman Performing Arts Center at 225 W. 22nd St. in Kearney. General admission tickets are $15.
Catapult appeared as finalists on "America's Got Talent" in 2013. The group's show, an amalgamation of dance, theater, acrobatics, illusion and storytelling, use stunning visuals coupled with whimsy, heart and athleticism to create a compelling show for all ages.
