Cavs are rolling right along so far this season: Crowquill

CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Cavs are off to a historic start so far this season under new coach Kenny Atkinson, winning 12-straight games. They're going for No. 13 tonight against the Philadelphia76ers.

Atkinson was brought in to get the Cavs to the next level and so far that is what he is doing. Under Atkinson Cleveland pushes the pace, resulting in the Cavs scoring more points-per-game, about 122 and giving up just under 110 ppg. As an example, in the Cavs tenth game against the Golden State Warriors, Cleveland had a 41-point lead at halftime scoring a record 83 points on their way to a 136-117 win.

Under Atkinson the Cavs have a deep bench that contributes on a nightly basis and should help keep key players healthy and relatively rested through out the long grueling NBA season.
