The festival kicks off with a demonstration by the City of Charleston's Mounted Police at 11 a.m., followed by live performances from Charleston's top bluegrass talent. The lineup includes:
12 – 1:30 p.m.: The Blue Plantation Band
1:45 – 3:15 p.m.: YeeHaw Junction

Festivalgoers can savor a variety of food offerings, from barbecue to kettle corn, alongside cold beverages. A crafters' market will showcase unique, handmade items—ideal for holiday gifts.
Families with children can enjoy seasonal activities, including hayrides, arts and crafts, and pumpkin painting. To make the event inclusive, Charleston County Parks has partnered with Kulture City to provide sensory-friendly amenities, including sensory bags and a quiet area located behind the park's barn.
Admission to the Harvest Festival is $10 per person, with free entry for kids 12 and under and Gold Pass holders (Gold Passes must be presented for entry). Food and drinks will be available for purchase, with a valid ID required for alcohol sales.
Guests are encouraged to bring chairs or blankets for seating. Leashed dogs are welcome, but outside alcohol and coolers are not permitted.
