Chagrin Falls’ Merchants are hoping you buy small this holiday season

CHAGRIN FALLS, Ohio - The Chagrin Falls Merchants Association is hoping to add more swipes, taps, or old-fashioned cash to their members' registers this holiday season in a "Holiday Cash Splash".

Each time a holiday shopper orders a "Killit Skillet" from Yours Truly or gets their lacrosse stick strung at Fortis Sports (Nov. 1 - December 31) - shoppers can send their receipt to the Chagrin Falls Merchants Association for a chance to win $500 at the end of the holiday shopping season. Four $500 prizes will be awarded on January 4, 2025, when the CFMA will host a live drawing on Facebook.

During the holiday season, a shopper, diner, or lodger in downtown Chagrin Falls can submit unlimited receipts. Receipts are sent to This "Cash Splash" event and numerous events throughout the year - including the first-ever street fair this past summer has been used to draw people downtown during the North Main Street Bridge Reconstruction Project.

For those who are planners - upcoming holiday events in downtown Chagrin Falls include - Complimentary Carriage rides on Sunday, December 8 and 15, Santa Claus in "Who" ville on Saturday, December 21 (11 a.m. to 2 p.m.), Window in Wonderland - vote for your favorite merchant window throughout the holiday season, and Jingle and Mingle on Thursday, December 19 ( 6 to 8 p.m.).
