Chris Pratt and ex-wife Anna Faris' former LA home is back on the market for $7.5M.

The Guardians of the Galaxy star, 45 and the Scary Movie actress, 47 — who split in 2017 after eight years of marriage — first sold their Mediterranean-style estate in 2020 for $4.75M, two years after their messy divorce was finalized.

The ex-pair purchased the home in 2013 for $3.3M and were required by divorce proceedings to 'live within five miles of each other until their son completed sixth grade', per The New York Post .

It currently belong to Brett Mahoney, executive producer and showrunner to hit TV shows such as CSI: Miami, The Following and Eli Stone.

The four bed four bath home is currently being sold by Billy Rose and Natasha Sizlo of The Agency.

The 4,700sqft home was built in 1979 and boasts an impressive three fireplaces and home theatre — Anna and Chris are reported to have made their own additions to the home at the time.

The two-story home has thirteen parking spaces and yields a stunning heated pool and spa with canyon and mountain views.

It also features a fully furnished outdoor kitchen, barbecue, fire pit, tennis court and private gym space.

The home's interior has impressive wood and marble flooring with controlled heating and air conditioning units.

It boats a light and minimalistic theme with glass doors and large panel windows.

The home is located in the upscale Hollywood Hills with surrounding homes on sale up to $12,995,000.

The estimated payment for the luxury estate is set at $46,390 per month, according to Zillow .

Chris and Anna announced their Split in August 2017 in a joint Facebook post that read: 'Anna and I are sad to announce we are legally separating. We tried hard for a long time, and we're really disappointed.'

The pair, who shares son Jack, 12, added: 'Our son has two parents who love him very much and for his sake we want to keep this situation as private as possible moving forward. We still have love for each other, will always cherish our time together and continue to have the deepest respect for one another.'

They were first linked in 2007 on the set of Take Me Home Tonight, but at the time Anna was married to actor Ben Indra.

Since their split, Chris moved on actress Katherine Schwarzenegger, who he married just a year later in 2019.

In 2021, Anna and cinematographer Michael Barrett tied the knot. They have previously worked together on projects such as Overboard (2018).

Earlier this year Chris angered fans after publicly snubbing his ex-wife Anna again on Mother's Day.

For the second year in a row the actor left his ex-wife out of his Mother's Day tribute.

Celebrating the holiday, he took to Instagram to share a gushing post dedicated to his wife Katherine and mother Kathy Pratt.

In his post, the Marvel star praised Schwarzenegger for being a great mother to their daughters Lyla, three, and Eloise, nearly two, as well as being a stepmom to Jack.

And despite amicably raising their son together, he made no mention of Faris on Mother's Day just like last year.

On his social media page, he shared a series of snaps of the important women in his life and opted out of including his ex-wife — to whom he was married for nearly a decade from 2009 to 2018.

In his caption, he penned a gushing note — which fans pointed out was missing the Scary Movie star and left several scathing comments while others came to his defense.

He also made headlines back in 2021 when he thanked Schwarzenegger for giving birth to 'a beautiful, healthy daughter,' which fans assumed was intended to be shade towards his ex-wife for giving birth prematurely to their son Jack in 2014.

The following year, he said he 'cried' over the backlash and called it 'f***ed up' as his son may see the comments 'one day.'
