Clarksville Gas and Water Department plans Tylertown Road water outage, road closure Fire Hydrant Replacement

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department (CGW) has planned a water outage on Monday, September 23rd, 2024, at 8:00am on Tylertown Road from McClain Drive to Isaac Drive for fire hydrant replacement.

Low water pressure may be possible for the vicinity during the work.

Tylertown Road will be closed between McClain Drive and Isaac Drive. Traffic will be detoured to McClain Drive and Isaac Drive to avoid the work zone. Motorists are advised to slow down and be alert to workers and their equipment.

The fire hydrant replacement is anticipated to be finished and water service restored by approximately 3:00pm.
