Northeastern Pennsylvania Women’s Golf Association, opening meeting at Country Club of Scranton 11 a.m. Thursday.
South Wilkes-Barre Little League, mandatory coaches meeting 6:30 p.m. today at the Riverside Cafe. At least one coach from each team must be present.
Back Mountain Youth Soccer Association, registrations for the Fall Intramural Season on April 28 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Dallas Middle School cafeteria for age groups U6 through U18. All players must register online available now at bmysa.org. If you do not have internet access, computers will be available at registration.
Beginner to Intermediate Field Hockey Players may sign up for the upcoming season beginning April 15 to May 20. There will be a total of six training/game play sessions every Sunday from 3:30-5:30 p.m. Gear and sticks will be available for sale for those who have never played. Ashley Area Trout Stocking Association Annual Fishing Derby will be held Saturday at Solomon’s Creek in the borough beginning at 8 a.m. The Derby for children 15 years of age and younger, runs for 30 consecutive days and is sanctioned by permit granted by Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission. All PA Fish and Boat Commissions Rules and Regulations must be followed. The Association would like to thank all the businesses, organizations, clubs, and individuals that donated and supported this derby.
