Commanders at Cowboys free Thanksgiving NFL live stream: Time, channel info

R.Campbell3 months ago
The Dallas Cowboys will play host to the Washington Commanders in a Thanksgiving showdown of aspiring NFC East contenders with an afternoon kickoff from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The contest is slated for a 4:30 p.m. ET start.

The Commanders-Cowboys matchup will be carried live on CBS. The game can also be accessed via live streams available through FuboTV , which offers a free trial, as well as DirecTV Stream (5-day free trial).

The Cowboys are a Thanksgiving Day staple, and they have a 32-22-1 record all time in holiday showdowns. Dallas also has a 7-3 record this season and looks to stay within earshot of the NFC East division-leading Philadelphia Eagles, who improved to 9-1 Monday night. The Cowboys enter Thursday having won back-to-back games over the Carolina Panthers and New York Giants by a combined 82-27 margin behind an aggressive, well-coached defense and a balanced offense around quarterback Dak Prescott.

This is the first of three straight home games for Dallas, followed by the Seattle Seahawks, a bye, and the Eagles.

And while the Cowboys are barreling toward the NFC playoffs, the Commanders are struggling to stay afloat after dealing away former first-round pick Chase Young at the NFL’s trade deadline. Washington has a 4-7 record with losses in four of its past five games and could very well limp down the stretch with matchups still coming against the Rams, Dolphins and 49ers, among others, down the season’s home stretch.

The Cowboys and Commanders are set for a 4:30 p.m. ET kickoff on CBS. The game can also be accessed via live streams available through FuboTV , which offers a free trial, as well as DirecTV Stream (5-day free trial).
