Community Foundation for Delta County hosts annual Legacy Fundraiser

BARK RIVER, Mich. (WLUC) - The Community Foundation for Delta County hosted its annual Legacy Fundraiser on Thursday. It was a chance for the foundation to recognize its supporters and raise money to help people in need like veterans and hungry children . Sponsors and supporters also had a chance for casual networking and to win prizes in bucket raffles and 50/50 drawings. Organizers say the community consistently steps up to support the foundation. "It's always sold out," Community Foundation for Delta County Executive Director Cheryl Andzejewski said. "We always fill our tables every year, then they get recognition throughout the year."
