Community invited to Fall Harvest Festival to support Nevada Youth Empowerment Project

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - The Nevada Youth Empowerment Project (NYEP) is hosting its 11th Annual Fall Harvest Festival at Bartley Ranch this weekend.

Monica DuPea, NYEP founder and director, and Britton Griffith, board of directors, stopped by Morning Break to share more on what NYEP does for local young adults.

NYEP is dedicated to addressing the needs of young women aged 18-24 who are experiencing housing instability. Founded with a mission to provide comprehensive, housing-based independent living programs, NYEP empowers young women to build self-sufficient futures. For more information,.

The 11th Annual Fall Harvest Festival takes place Sunday, Sept. 22 from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. at Bartley Ranch Regional Park.
