Community invited to Fall Harvest Festival to support Nevada Youth Empowerment Project

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - The Nevada Youth Empowerment Project (NYEP) is hosting its 11th Annual Fall Harvest Festival at Bartley Ranch this weekend.

Monica DuPea, NYEP founder and director, and Britton Griffith, board of directors, stopped by Morning Break to share more on what NYEP does for local young adults.

The 11th Annual Fall Harvest Festival takes place Sunday, Sept. 22 from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. at Bartley Ranch Regional Park.

This event is open to the public, and admission is free with donations encouraged. All proceeds from the event support NYEP in its mission to give homeless young women in the Reno area a chance to reroute their lives through a structured program that provides countless opportunities.
