"It's coming up into the holiday season where money gets a little tighter for everything. So I think it's a good timing to try to help everybody out and Blair County, and we appreciate it because those are our customers and we want to give back to the people that have helped us," Dan Fiore, Owner of Fiore Toyota said.

Each of the backpack programs is run with support from the community, volunteers and donations.

"It feels wonderful. It is important that the businesses and organizations and individuals in our community step forward to help us. We feed over 1,040 kids a week, and with the cost of food it's important that we keep bringing in money so that we can continue to help students in our community," David Aboud, Program Manager for the Mountain Lion Backpack Program said.
