MONMOUTH COUNTY, NJ — The weekend has officially arrived.

As you get ready to relax and enjoy the time off, there are plenty of new activities happening around Monmouth County that you can check out.

Here are five things happening this weekend:

Meet Santa Claus at Freehold Raceway Mall Ready for Christmas? Santa Claus is visiting the Freehold Raceway Mall to kick off the holiday season from now until Dec. 24.

Freehold Raceway Mall is located at 3710 US 9, Freehold.

Holiday Craft Fair & Vendor Show Shop from over 140 crafters, Allaire artisans, floral exhibits, historic demonstrations and more at Allaire Village's Holiday Craft Fair & Vendor Show on Saturday.

Admission to the fair and show is $5 per person for those 6 years old and up. All proceeds will benefit the educational programming at the Historic Village at Allaire.

The Historic Village at Allaire is located at 4265 Atlantic Ave., Wall Township.

Monmouth County Fall Craft Show Join the Monmouth County Parks System at their Fall Craft Show on Saturday. From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., attendees will be able to shop from over 40 crafters at the Fort Monmouth Recreation Center.

The Fort Monmouth Recreation Center is located at 2566 Guam Lane, Tinton Falls.

Veterans Music Festival From 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, enjoy an all-day festival with live music, food and refreshments in honor of those who have served.

The festival will be held at D'Jais Bar and tickets are $20 at the door. Veterans and active duty service members get in for free.

D'Jais Bar is located at 1801 Ocean Avenue, Belmar.

Old-Fashioned Fun & Games From 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, visitors can visit Historic Walnford and play a variety of historically-themed games. The event is open to all ages, and those under the age of 14 must attend with an adult.

Historic Walnford is located at 62 Walnford Road, Upper Freehold
