Deputies: Driver hurt in Jamestown Township crash with dump truck

ich. (WOOD) — Deputies say a driver was seriously hurt Friday afternoon when their car was hit by a dump truck in Jamestown Township.
It happened around 4:05 p.m. on 8th Avenue south of Quincy Street, according to the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office.
A Toyota was heading north on 8th Avenue. Deputies say the Toyota stopped to turn left into a driveway and was hit from behind by a Freightliner.
The Toyota's driver was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, according to the sheriff's office.
The sheriff's office is investigating.
