Diddy’s Alleged Victim’s Texts to Mogul Exposed in Court: ‘I Have a Black Eye’ and More

The prosecutors fighting from being released on bond shared text messages his alleged victim sent to the mogul, In Touch can report.

In Touch obtained the motion filed by the government asking the court to shut down Diddy's third attempt to secure a $50 million bond.

Diddy, 55, has been locked up in a New York prison since his September 16 arrest on sex trafficking and racketeering charges . He pleaded not guilty.

Prosecutors believe Diddy is a flight risk and asked the court to keep him behind bars until his trial next year. As part of his plea to be released, Diddy pointed to text messages from the alleged victim that he said proves the relationship was "a loving, at-times toxic, long-term relationship between two adults who decided to mutually break up."

Diddy's lawyer said at a hearing, "This is a ten-year relationship ... These two people were in love. That will be made abundantly clear by the way they speak to each other, by the way other witnesses described their time together, and by the circumstances of how they broke up. They were in love, but [Diddy] wasn't always faithful. . . . At the end of the day, there was mutual philandering, and Victim Number 1 ended up marrying the trainer that [Diddy] got for her and had two children. That signaled the end of the relationship."

Prosecutors scoffed at the suggestion the text messages produced in discovery prove the relationship in question was loving.

The prosecutors wrote, "Furthermore, in presenting recently produced text messages, [Diddy] cherry picks to paint a misleading picture, ignoring numerous other messages in the record between the defendant and Victim-1 documenting [Diddy's] physical abuse of Victim-1 and his threats to expose recordings of Freak Offs."

"Freak Offs" were sex parties that Diddy allegedly orchestrated with women and sex workers. He is accused of using threats and pressure to force women to participate in the events.

The government pointed to text messages that the alleged victim sent Diddy that his legal team failed to mention in their motion.

One message from the alleged victim to Diddy read, "You know what sick and disgusting s-t I was reminded of the other day? You forcing me to [omitted] or you were going to leak some [Freak Off] s-t."

Another message read, "I have a black eye and fat lip. You are sick for thinking it's OK to do what you've done." A third message from the alleged victim to the mogul read, "I still have crazy bruising."

"I turn my head for a second, and you get fu-ked up, and you drag me down the hall by my hair," the alleged victim wrote in another quoted message.

Prosecutors said other messages from the alleged victim that she sent Diddy read, "I have bleeding cuts," "You hit me in the head two good times," and "When you get fu-ked up the wrong way, you always want to show me that you have the power, and you knock me around. I'm not a rag doll. I'm someone's child."

The government addressed Diddy's claim that the alleged victim made allegations in an attempt to obtain a financial windfall from Diddy.

Prosecutors said, "Across multiple bail hearings and in the instant brief, the defendant has made clear that his litigation strategy is to personally attack Victim-1, stooping to any depth to attempt to undermine her credibility. Setting aside this questionable strategy, none of the information that purportedly undermines Victim-1's motives was unknown to the defendant at the initial bail hearing."
