The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff's Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don't even think about asking.

Police took a walk-in report of fraud. Additional details weren't available because it was a felony incident.

Wednesday, Oct. 2

Police investigated a report of first-degree terroristic threatening at a South 6th Street location. Additional details are not known as felony incident reports are not available for public inspection at the Arkadelphia Police Department.

Thursday, Oct. 3

Police took a report of online fraud. The incident report contained no other details because of it was a felony investigation.

A deputy was summoned to 1214 Smithton Road (Gurdon) for a Union Pacific complaint of unoccupied vehicles being stuck on the railroad tracks. The deputy observed a Dodge Ram and a Kia Forte stuck in the gravel between the tracks. It appeared to the deputy that the Dodge driver had attempted to pull the Kia from the tracks. Train traffic was stopped until Beene's Towing removed the vehicles. The deputy found a pair of driver's licenses in the Kia.
