Dispute between neighbors leads to arrests
Five people at neighboring residences were charged last week after what police called a large disturbance in the 700 block of Park Avenue that reportedly involved at least two women fighting and one person armed with a shotgun, according to Meadville City Police.
No one was hurt in the incident, which occurred around 8:52 p.m. Wednesday, according to Chief Michael Stefanucci.
Approximately nine people were present at neighboring houses between Locust and Randolph streets as a large argument escalated, Steffanucci said.
One of the people, he added, claimed that during the argument a person from the neighboring house had retrieved a shotgun, came to the front door and racked the weapon. Ultimately, four people involved were charged with summary counts of disorderly conduct: Aaron Richard Dillaman, 27; Florence Eleanor Gates, 42; Alex Michael Feliciano, 24; and Corey Eugene Dillaman, 24. Another person, 50-year-old Andrea Kay King, faces a summary charge of harassment.
