Hectic schedules aren't strong enough to keep the two love birds apart. While DWade's wife, Gabrielle Union, is far from home for work, the Miami Heat legend did exactly what a good husband does. The 3x NBA champ went all the way to Canada to meet her. Taking a relaxing break from work, the couple was seen spending some wholesome time at one of the popular tourist destinations.

Luckily, the work hasn't stopped the Bring It On actress from sharing pictures of her current happenings from time to time. As the basketball star visited his wife, the two decided to take a romantic walk up to the famous Mount Douglas Park to watch the sunset from up there. While Union didn't seem enthusiastic about hiking all the way to the peak, she appeared excited to share the moment with her husband.

"So today, we looked for the most beautiful sunset in Victoria. It's a nice lookout by Victoria." Union can be seen saying in the clip. "It is called Mount Douglas Park," Wade joined. "Somewhere between lost and found... and i like it " Union captioned the post. She shared several snaps of the view as well as some adorable selfies with her husband.

The actress is in Victoria filming for the horror movie Casket Girls. This movie which also stars Philip Granger is based on true stories. Directed by Justin G. Dyck, the film follows the story of girls carrying caskets who were sent from France to New Orleans in the 1700s to marry French colonists. As per the legend, the girls were blamed for the rising homicide rate leading to their imprisonment. The filming for the movie has already begun in Victoria in November.

And it wasn't just a romantic walk. Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle also went out for dinner.

A hearty meal for the Wade couple The couple visited one of Victoria's most popular spots, Shuck Taylor's Oyster Bar, located on Blanshard Street. After hearing so much about the place from Gabrielle's makeup artist, the actress decided to visit the oyster bar with her husband. The owner happily raved about how the Miami Heat legend and Gabrielle enjoyed their meal.

Apparently, the couple loved the sunset so much that they mentioned it to the oyster bar's owners, who had closed early to accommodate their special guests. "We were having fun — it was a good time, and we shut down the place. (Wade) just wanted to try everything — oysters, lobster rolls, chicken sandwiches, you name it," Taylor happily detailed.
