A private graveside memorial for Eddie Dean Fowler, 47, of Chickasha, will be held by the family at a later date.

Eddie Dean Fowler was born May 15, 1977, in Moore, Oklahoma to Derry James Fowler and Rebecca Sue (Stark) Fowler. He passed away on October 16, 2024, in Chickasha, Oklahoma.

Eddie grew up and attended Chickasha Public School.

He worked for a lumberyard then went to work for Asplundh Tree Service for 14 years. Most recently he had worked at Aggreko for a couple of years.

Eddie liked to joke around. He loved listening to and making music, he could play the guitar and sing. He was a hard worker and didn't like to sit around, he would find something to do. If there was a problem, he could figure it out. He was a good man and was proud to have been sober for the past six months. Recently he had been taking great care of his mom and dad as they faced some health issues. Eddie really loved his grandkids. He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his brother Alex Fowler and his grandparents, Robert Stark, AC Fowler, Beadie Stark, and Sarah Duckworth.

Loved ones left to remember Eddie are his mom and dad, Rebecca and Derry Fowler of Chickasha; children Nick Fowler, Adrian Cordova, Sef Delarosa, and Alexis Cordova; sister Brandy Askvig; girlfriend Tamara; grandchildren Casey, Olivia, Kayson, Laylynn, and Ronin; and other extended family and friends.

Cremation services are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
