lizabeth M. Catrino, 89, of Park Avenue, Wilkes-Barre, died Saturday at her
home.



Born Dec. 21, 1911 in Wilkes-Barre, she was a daughter of the late Anselm
and Lisette (Breuninger) Miller. She was a graduate of GAR High School. She
was an office manager for many years for the Pennsylvania Wholesale Drug Co.,
Wilkes-Barre. She was a member of Holy Rosary Church, Park Avenue,
Wilkes-Barre.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; brothers, John “Will,”
Albert, Joseph, Francis and Lawrence; and sisters, Pauline Gates and Sophie
Friedrich.

Surviving are her stepdaughters, Mary Kotch, Kingston; Isabelle Maggelet,
Plymouth, Mass.; and Betty Ann Schmidt, Mountaintop; brothers, Anselm,
Florida; and Leonard, Churchville; four stepgrandchildren, two
stepgreat-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.



A funeral Mass will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday from the Holy Rosary Church,
Park Avenue, Wilkes-Barre, with the Rev. Peter D. Menghini, pastor,
officiating. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hanover Township. There
will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made
to Hospice Community Care, 385 Wyoming Ave., Kingston, 18704. Arrangements are
by the Nat & Gawlas Funeral Home, Park Avenue and South Street, Wilkes-Barre.
