Sydney-based influencer Jadé Tuncdoruk has revealed the embarrassing moment a fan shunned her at Sydney 's Wicked premiere on Sunday night. The social media star shared a video as she excitedly walked the yellow brick road red carpet alongside local and international celebrities including Ariana Grande, musical theatre legend Cynthia Erivo , and Bridgerton star Jonathan Bailey . In the clip shared to TikTok on Monday, Jadé had excitedly waved at a group of female fans, who had called out to her, and made the effort to run over and greet them. But as she leaned down to pose for a selfie with the woman, the influencer was snobbed by her entirely. The woman still had her arm around Jadé, and had been holding out her iPhone to snap the picture with her, when her mouth fell open at the sight of someone else arriving. Jadé, who has 544,000 Instagram followers, awkwardly hobbled back onto the carpet while adjusting her hair and deflated ego to go on with her evening. It was later revealed that she was shunned for Heartbreak High actor and disability activist Chloé Hayden. 'Just learned that I was in fact the cause of this. ily (I love you) queen I'd get a photo with you,' the Netflix star commented on the video with a string of crying emojis. 'Next time I'm making sure I walk after you,' Jadé jokingly responded. Chloé, 27, shot to global stardom alongside an ensemble cast of young Aussie actors in the Netflix reboot of teen drama Heartbreak High. The author, podcast host, and social media personality, is also a huge fan of musicals and is often seen attending premieres. Meanwhile, pop sensation Ariana Grande ensured all eyes were firmly on her as she made a dazzling entrance at the Wicked premiere in a fairytale-inspired pink gown. The singer, who plays Glinda the Good in the highly anticipated movie, embraced her inner good witch with a gown that was nothing short of enchanting. Co-stars Ariana and Cynthia walked the yellow brick carpet together, arriving to the screams of thousands of fans who'd been waiting for hours outside the State Theatre for a glimpse of the international stars. Fans who had been waiting for hours were not disappointed on Sunday afternoon when the international stars arrived to attend the hotly-anticipated event. Hollywood favourite Jeff Goldblum also embodied the spirit of his character, the Wizard, with a satin green waistcoat and green pants and Grande's boyfriend, musical theatre star Ethan Slater, walked alongside them. Leading the local arrivals was Nicole Kidman's niece and media personality Lucia Hawley , who stunned in a soft pink, floor-sweeping gown with a strapless neckline and subtle ruching. Joining her on the carpet was former Miss Universe Australia Olivia Molly Rogers, Aussie singer Delta Goodrem, and Channel 10 presenter Narelda Jacobs and Joel Creasy. The new Wicked film, directed by Jon M. Chu, reimagines the beloved Broadway musical that tells the untold story of the witches of Oz. It dives into the origins of the unlikely friendship between Elphaba, the misunderstood green-skinned witch destined to become the Wicked Witch of the West, and Glinda, the bubbly and popular Good Witch. Wicked will be released in Australian cinemas on November 21, 2024
